Asking questions to make conversation

This is our task for Friday (Esta é sua tarefa para sexta):

You have to ask 5 questions to a colleague, to get to know more about him/ her. To prepare, do the following:

Study the explanation and do the exercises. Then write 5 questions (yes/no questions or wh-questions). Use the verb to be and / or present verbs . For example: 

Are you single? Are you an undergraduate student?

How old is your brother?

o you have a partner/ boyfriend? (it is not the verb to be - is, am or are, ok?)

Is your mom from São Paulo?  

On Friday, you are going to talk with a classmate in our session online (Na Sexta, vc vai conversar com um colega na nossa sessão online. )
